Our hospital offered a wonderful service. Professional Photographers come around to each new mom in the postpartum wing the day after their baby is born to take professional photos right there! Of course the photos aren't free and you have to purchase them...but what new family can resist professional photos of their precious new little bundle? So of course we gave in and bought the Digital files.
These are so lovely! We declined the service because we already had Emma's newborn photo shoot scheduled but, in hindsight, they would have been really great to have.
